honestly
when you see a fat/over-weight person, do you go "oh my gosh, you're SO FAT!" or "Look at this BIG WOBBLY THING coming towards me!" almost every single time? Possible only once or twice, provided the person is a very good friend. Else, it would be considered rude and perhaps insulting.
Yes, the person knows about their weight problem. It isn't necessary to continuously highlight that fact to their face as a greeting every time. Unless of course, they love the whole idea of being well-rounded.
My question is, why doesn't this form of politeness extend to people like me? Yes, i have a weight problem. Just that it's at the other side of the equilibrium. And no, it is not an eating disorder. It's prolly more a lifestyle disorder at this point. >.<
It just sucks to be called names. It's not like i don't try. I've gained back 2kgs since the hols. But not like that matters to the world anyway. I'm still a dieting girl with an eating problem. People forget that illnesses, lack of rest and overworking can result in appetite loss.
