and so you're walking home after class, and then, as you reach the entrance of your block, some dude just decides to stop and talk to you.

so what do you do?
A. stop and reply politely
B. ignore and continue walking

he persists in chatting with you. and asks for your phone number/contacts/whatever.

so what do you do?
A. politely decline with some excuse
B. give it away cheerfully
C. divert the topic

eventually he gives you his number and you agree to text/call your own number back. and as you walk away, he insists again in getting your contact.

so what do you do?
A. give up and give in and just give it to him
B. decline again
C. divert topic again

so how?

If you end up not giving your number and promising to call but not doing it (of course), what happens if you somehow, somewhere, bump into the same person again?

If you DO give in and allow the person to have your contact, then? The consequences are numerous.

Sure, perhaps it ain't such a big deal and the person is really a nice guy and doesn't mean anything more and yada yada..

But well... there's always a BIG HUGE 'BUT'..
