once an outlet . always an outlet
2 weeks of semester.
2 weeks of cf.
2 weeks of internship.
2 weeks of being alone.
disheartened
it's so easy to not show up for meetings without any reason or explanation
it's so easy to put self, sleep, assignments, work, fatigue above responsibilities
it's so easy to leave it all to another person
it's so easy to leave it all.. to me
i chose to work from home.
hoping for a lil more time
more time for serving
more time for resting
more time for people
more time for passions
more time for finding back the me i've somewhat lost
my time. has been abused
just cause i don't have to go to the office everyday for 9 hours doesn't mean i don't have work to complete and deadlines to meet.
i've successfully made my bosses disappointed in me.
i have experienced 4 generations of leaders in cf
i have served directly in 3 of them
degrading
what in the world is wrong?
are challenges so hard to take?
are issues so hard to overcome?
spolit
i never knew leaders to shift that much responsibility
i never knew leaders to sleep so much in meetings
i never knew leaders to dislocate members from their cgs because they don't click with them
i never knew leaders to disregard guitarists from serving in cg because they're perfectionist
i never knew leaders to abandon their president
thrust aside
rejected

i find. i am truly alone
