ever faithful
gosh.. a week is almost gone. time really flies. ^^ i just want to say.. i love Jesus! a lot! =p He restores what was stolen.. the blind see n the cripple run..
Friday tomorrow!! n i got a date!! =) hehehehehehe *sniggers* with who? aha.. thats for me to keep secret n for u to find out. *wink* can't wait..
watched Spiderman 2 last night. the movie was great! went with my CF CG. mines shopping centre. maybe i will watch it again.. but one thing about spiderman flicks.. its not so nice the 2nd round. n yea.. he kept removing his mask.. sheesh.. some more all the dead people come back to life one.. -_-" nevertheless, i enjoyed it. =)
yesterday everning, Celine came over to my place. when we were leaving, i asked her to open the gate. well, she turned the lock and pushed the gate but it wouldn't open. so i went forward n opened it. the trick is to pull back the gate 1st, then it will swing open.
i guess most of us are like that. we tend to hold on too tightly to things. we try so hard to do things.. we try TOO hard sometimes. actually, all we have to do is let go. in fact, pull back a bit and wait on God. then the door will open.
As children bring their broken toys, with tears for us to mend,
i brought my broken dreams to God, because He is my friend.
But then instead of leaving Him in peace to work alone,
i hung around and tried to help, with ways that were my own.
at last i snatched them back again and cried "how can You be so slow?"
"My child," He said, "what could I do? You never did let go."
